If you’re baking chocolate muffins or a chocolate gateau, then you really need a jar of Mrs Darlington’s Morello Cherry jam to make them special. Packed full of succulent, sweet, juicy cherries – anything less wouldn’t do them justice.
Ingredients: Sugar, morello cherries, gelling agent: pectin. Prepared with 48 grams of fruit per 100 grams. Total Sugar content 65 grams per 100 grams.

Due to the high milk content of our chocolate once it melts and solidifies you will notice a while film on the surface, this is called blooming. It does not affect the flavor or yumminess it just does not look as nice.
