Chocolate Shipping Notice

  1. We cannot be held responsible for chocolate melting during shipment.
  2. British chocolate has a high milk content and melts easily, especially in warmer months.
  3. To help prevent melting, we recommend combining frozen orders with chocolate purchases during the summer months.
  4. If chocolate melts and then solidifies, you may notice a white film on the surface—this is called blooming. While it may affect the appearance, it does not impact the taste or deliciousness!

Shipping Information for Frozen Orders 

  1. All orders with frozen products will be delivered within 2 days of dispatch from our Katy, Texas facility. Your items will be carefully packaged in an insulated liner and shipped with dry ice to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  2. We ship frozen products Monday–Wednesday to prevent orders from sitting in a UPS facility over the weekend and spoiling.
  3. Please allow 24 hours for order processing before shipment. Example: Orders placed Tuesday afternoon will ship Wednesday and arrive Friday when using UPS 2nd Day Air.
  4. All frozen orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, as dry ice has a 48-hour lifespan.
  5. The minimum order weight for frozen shipping is 6 lbs.
  6. You may combine frozen and dry pantry items in a single order. However, the weight of dry products will not count toward the frozen order minimum for shipping.
  7. You can also choose in-store pickup at our Katy and Magnolia locations, whether you place your order online or over the phone.

Shipping Cost

  1. Orders within the Continental US will ship via UPS 2nd Day Air from our facility in Katy, Texas.
  2. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location.

Tracking & Delivery Information

  1. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order is placed.
  2. To check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date, please visit the UPS website.
  3. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over shipping speed or delays.
  4. During peak delivery seasons, shipments may experience delays. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. We currently only ship within the U.S.
  2. At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Returns & Refund Policy

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  2. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
  3. Please contact us if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and we will work to resolve the problem.
