Easter Egg Shipping Notice
British Easter eggs are especially delicate, and we’re unable to offer replacements for eggs that arrive damaged. This includes cracked or broken eggs, as well as any melting or discoloration that may occur due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. All eggs are packed with great care and shipped via UPS; however, once in transit, handling and temperature conditions are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Chocolate Shipping Notice
- We cannot be held responsible for chocolate melting during shipment.
- British chocolate has a high milk content and melts easily, especially in warmer months.
- To help prevent melting, we recommend combining frozen orders with chocolate purchases during the summer months.
- If chocolate melts and then solidifies, you may notice a white film on the surface—this is called blooming.
Shipping Information for Frozen Orders
- All orders with frozen products will be delivered within 2 days of dispatch from our Katy, Texas facility.
- We ship frozen products Monday–Wednesday to prevent spoiling.
- Please allow 24 hours for order processing before shipment.
- All frozen orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.
- The minimum order weight for frozen shipping is 6 lbs.
- Combined Dry & Frozen Orders: After packing, if all items can safely ship together, we may issue a partial refund for overpaid shipping.
In-Store Pick Up
- Free Pick Up: We offer free in-store pick up for all orders at our Katy and Magnolia locations.
- Katy Pick Up: Simply select the "Katy" pickup option at checkout.
- Magnolia Pick Up: Our system defaults to Katy. If you’d like to pick up in Magnolia, please select "Katy" and leave a note saying "Pick up in Magnolia" in the Order Instructions box.
- Order Processing: Please allow 24 hours for our team to prepare your order.

Shipping Cost
Frozen orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. For dry pantry items, we offer standard shipping via USPS.
$12.95 Flat Rate Shipping (Dry Goods Only)
From time to time, we offer flat rate shipping for dry goods. This does not apply to frozen items or seasonal holiday products (including Christmas and Easter items).
